Ace Anti-Vandal Paint
Ace anti-vandal paint does not dry and so provides a deterrent to anyone intending to climb surfaces coated with it.
Used on fences, guttering, brick walls.
Ace Techcoat G4S
Ace techcoat g4s is a waterbased graphite paint primarily used in the steel industry, especially in foundaries and has many uses.
Can be used in the melt shop for coating steel fabrications subjected to high temperatures.
E.G. heat shields, roof deltas which will give extended life to these steel fabrications.
Also can be used for sliding gate as a lubricant.
Alcar machine as a lubricant between two refractory surfaces and where steel and moving parts interface.
Used on rotary gate system on teeming ladle.
Used on teeming ladle lids to prevent metal sticking to refractory concrete.
Used on torpedo ladles mouths for same purposes.

Ace Modified Vinyl Micaceous Iron Oxide And Vinyl Sheen Paints
These paints are high build protective coatings for weathered galvanised steel.
Can be used on suitably pre treated new glavanised steel.
Also can be used on mild steel and many other substrates requiring good adhesion and flexibility.
Suggested applications include fencing, railings, structural steel, containers, railings, farm buildings and refurbishment of building cladding.

Infa Red is also offered as an alternative method of drying.
Refurbishment of Spray Equipment
We also RESTORE paint pumping, plant and related equipment for many of our customers. There are times when the replacement of a system or component part is simply not possible for many reasons. In these cases we have been not just asked to service or repair but to fully Restore portions of plant.

They specialise in producing tundish powders,wellfillers and rammables for the steel industry and also blend topping compounds for the foundry industry. They also blend and package any types of powders according to customers specified format, ranging from 250g sachet to a 1 tonne bulk bag.
Contract Re-Bagging
They can undertake any re-bagging requiremnets no matter how small. E.G. re-packing work, re-loading work, pallet re-configuration, re-labelling.
Contract Blending of Liquids
They can blend most types of liquids to your specific needs.
